Am now coming up to 4th week after endoscopy, CT triple phase where I was told there was a tumour in duodenum next to head of pancreas, am looking for reassurance, should i be thinking, no news is good news ?
I'm sorry to hear that you've been waiting for results for a few weeks now after a number of investigations. We know that this period of waiting and uncertainty can be really difficult.
Have you contacted the hospital team to ask when you may hear about an update? I certainly don't think there's any harm in giving them a call seeing as it's now been a good few weeks. Hopefully they will be able to give you an idea of when you may have an appointment.
In the meantime, try to remain positive if you can. Whilst it's often easier said than done, worrying won't change the outcome of your results but it most likely will leave you feeling unwell in the meantime.
