I've a lump at back of my neck

It's been there maybe two years it started as pea size .but now has grown to maybe 5 times of a pea it's Aways been numb but last few days sore to touch it's also spreading outwards on one side .I feel headaches to day round the area it's at..help or advice would be appreciated thank you
