My heads abit of a mess so apologies in advance for the babbling on... 

I've had reoccurring sore throats since October 2024, I were originally diagnosed with tonsillitis and were treated with antibiotics. A few weeks later, I then had pneumonia and since then I have had a further three episodes on sore throats (pain in ears, red throat, pain when moving neck and literally feels like I'm swallowing razor blades when I eat and drink), these were all treated again with antibiotics but confirmed tonsillitis was not the case in these episodes.

The most recent started on the 10th with the same symptoms as above, my sore throat has started to ease but still have the feeling of something stuck in throat (to the point where I kept waking up last night coughing) and a constant blocked ear (started off as both but just the left now). I went to the pharmacist as I didn't want to waste a GP appt for someone who really needs it and they could feel slight lumps on my neck. I then saw the doctors on the 16th to which an urgent referral for suspected head and neck cancer, my appointment is tomorrow.

I just don't know what to think, I can't feel any lumps on my neck and just have the slight sore throat/feeling of something stuck and the blocked ear. 

I guess I'm just stressing out.., I'm 30 with a 1 year old boy and my head is in overdrive.
