I'm sorry to hear that you've recently had some health concerns and that you were seen by an ENT specialist. Whilst it's understandable that you're feeling anxious about things it sounds reassuring that the specialist didn't have any immediate concerns about the cyst that was spotted. 

Are you due to go back to see the team for more tests or results? Hopefully you won't have to wait too long and they will be able to set your mind at rest when you see them.

Can I ask what your symptoms were.I have some white spots on the back of my tongue and a feeling of something stuck in my throat.Seeing dentist next week but I’m so anxious.
