I’m sorry to hear about the worry you’re feeling. Waiting for appointments can be incredibly stressful, especially after everything you’ve already been through.

It’s great to hear that you’ve got the all-clear from your vaginal cancer, but I completely understand how this new concern about your mole must feel overwhelming.

February probably does feel like a long wait, but it’s worth remembering that referrals are often prioritised based on how urgently doctors believe something needs to be seen, so they may not feel there’s an immediate concern. That said, if you’re finding the wait unbearable or your symptoms change, you could contact your GP to explain how anxious you’re feeling. They might be able to help move things forward or offer some reassurance.
