Really scared - 'very suspicious' looking tumour found during CT scan

Just been told this morning I have a ‘very suspicious’ looking tumour from yesterday’s CT scan which came at end of a long day in A&E. Have colposcopy booked for Thursday afternoon but struggling to get my head around what is happening. Team of docs also looking at my scan again on Thursday to decide if it’s cancer or not. My world just came crashing down. I have two kids 6 and 10 who need me. Not sure how to put one foot in front of the other right now. Feeling very wobbly. Am in hospital but have been pretty much left alone since this morning. My husband is busy looking after the kids and I don’t want to worry family or friends yet. Feeling very wobbly.
