I’ve been passing blood and mucus for two month now. I thought I had internal piles but my doctor said she couldn’t feel any. The bleeding as got a bit worse. All my bloods came back ok  stool sample was positive  I’m really scared of getting bad news tomorrow  I had been reading on line that piles can do this or abscesses  but until I have the colonoscopy it’s all guess work.  Hope you don’t mind me talking to you it’s lovely to be able to talk to someone  thank you 

Same symptoms as my self, I did the routine bowel screening test a few months ago and it came back all okk

I started my Chemo on Friday x I had a picc line inserted x

Had a chemo session in hospital, then came home with a pump for the weekend too, had that removed yesterday

I feel so "normal"

People asking how I'm feeling, Ive told them I feel the same as I felt 6 months ago

Don't feel ill at all, if it wasn't for another doctor asking about my bladder and bowels god knows what would have happened x 

On TV today it says 44,000 people a year get diagnosed with bowel cancer wow

I know I saw it on telly  more and more younger ones getting cancer as well  I’m 70 years old  dreading my colonoscopy tomorrow   So glad your feeling well  you seem a strong lady  hope all goes well for you 

I’ve been feeling so stressed with what’s been going on with me  passing blood when going to the toilet  was then once a week  but over these last few months things just seem to change and got worse blood every time I need toilet now so that’s why I’m a bit scared  as going to the toilet is scary for me so this prep won’t help  I’m scared for tomorrow incase I might have cancer 

I don't know anybody who wouldn't be scared but its a process thousands have gone through ,its fear of the unknown but at least tomorrow you will know one way or another which is better than just constantly thinking about it ,even if its not the news you want to hear its better than not knowing and leaving things to get worse ,you're almost there and you'll be in good hands ,the hospital staff are so nice and very professional they take great care of you .

Have been to toilet a few times but no runs unless that comes later  with the prep I’m very bloated but no runs as yet  does it take a few hours 

What time did you start taking it ,yes it can take a few hours .
