Worried about my Symptoms and Brain cancer

Male 28 6ft UK

Started about a month ago, when lying in bed just resting or watching somthing i get headaches mainly front of face/forhead, moving my head tossing over causes more pain, But in past week ive been waking up during night with VERY bad headaches all over my head just pain and if i move my head/neck it makes it alot worse,

In the day time I might get the odd twitch here and there but its 95% only lying down

I had a CT scan "private" which was clear. But im just worried its a brain tumor which it didnt pick up

Is there a chance this is a brain tumor

My Gp just wants me to keep a headache dairy but they dont seem to care, and Im here getting worse and thinking all things

    Also not a medical professional but a clear CT scan must offer you a lot of reassurance. That’s almost the proof in the pudding. 
    my only other thought if you want to seek a medical professionals advice would possibly be an eye test. Maybe that would offer some reassurance. 
    Since moving makes it worse it must be physical, have you thought about seeing a physio? Impinged nerves for example or neck pain can cause all sorts of symptoms. 
    I would certainly keep a diary for a few weeks, your doctor not showing very urgent concern should offer you some reassurance.

    It does, and Yeah I am thinking about seeing a pyhsio, Even brough a new pillow and its done nothing, within a min of lying down it starts and its agony and wont go away till I get up x
