I noticed a swollen lympth node in my neck a couple of weeks ago, I’ve got a GP appointment in a week earliest I could get. It’s all I can think about, I’m not sleeping well because of the worry.

i have two young children and I keep panicking and welling up. I’ve been a bit run down with the usual Christmas stress and both my kids have colds but I haven’t been ill so panicking even more.

Just so anxious and can’t really talk to anyone.
