Good evening,

I have been on HRT for 2 years, switching to continuous HRT last December, increasing my dose of estrogen in April 2024. From June, I've had bleeding and in October my progesterone dose was increased to 200mg a day. I had some brown spotting, and now a bleed (like a period).

I haven't been on top of my smear tests, so I have everything going through my head atm. GP has referred me for an ultrasound and refer to gynae. I have no other symptoms apart from the bleeding, which coincided with the change in HRT regime. Has anyone got any advice on what I should be asking for, other than what GP has done.
