My daughter is 11 and has had a large swollen neck lymph node for several months that has got bigger, it’s not sore, she’s well, no fever, no loss of weight, no night sweats, only symptoms that I hadn’t known were symptoms are she is very itchy and sleeps a lot. She had two ultrasounds that recommended a biopsy which she had done 2 week ago and we get the results tomorrow. I’m scared, the ultrasound had some worrying findings but some also reassuring ones I think so they just wouldn’t know until they biopsied. Does anyone have any experience of this that didn’t turn out to be cancer? Or if it was good outcomes? I’ve previously been on a 2ww for a breast lump that turned out to be absolutely fine so that’s reassuring but this is my little girl, It’s hitting different. Thanks in advance for any support.
