Penis cancer

Have a biopsy tomorrow for a lump and redness on the end of penis. I take immunosuppressant medecine for ulcerative colitis, GP took a swab about 6 weeks ago and it came back as heavy growth staphylococcus aureus there. Saw a dermatologist who said it was suspicious, I am begginging to get really worried, been told an MRI shown a necrotic inguinal lymph node, shown following an ultrasound, yet urologist said MRI showed nothing to be concerned about which was why I had the ultrasound. It all seems a mess, with no one offering any alternatives to what it might be, any ideas welcome!
