Hi,
i have a appointment with the ENT specialist Friday over a hard bony lump, in the anterior tonsil pillar, I believe! (I feel like it’s hard to figure out where it is).
i can’t find anything on this type of lump at all and I need my mind easing as my anxiety is running a little wild. I didn’t jump to conclusions and initially went the dentist thinking it could be a calcified tonsil stone. He referred me to facial rather than ENT and checked it and fast tracked it with other department due to it being hard in nature.
it’s painless and I found it as I can sometimes get tonsil stones, however, when I pushed in, in this area one time I noticed a hard lump had appeared I put off going the doctors assuming it could be a tonsil stone. However, it doesn’t move and is hard to touch. I can’t fully tell how big it is as it doesn’t push out anywhere but I don’t have any other symptoms other than this. I’m just wondering if anyone has had similar as I can’t seem to find anyone on here who’s created a forum as I’ve scrolled through.
