You've done the right thing in booking an appointment. They may need to do further tests, so please try not to worry for now. When you’re worried that you may have cancer, it can be tempting to think the worst, but this can end up increasing anxiety rather than making you feel better. And the only person that can diagnose you is your doctor.  I hope it goes ok at your appointment and that you get a clearer picture of the next steps.
