Hi all, I’ve just been diagnosed with Endometrial cancer. Still in shock and haven’t really taken it in yet. Almost as though it’s happening to someone else. I have been given a date for next month to have a total hysterectomy and SBO. I have had the mirena fitted last week to keep everything controlled until the hysterectomy. I’m still not sure I want to go ahead with the operation and wonder if there is anyone else who can maybe give me a little advice. I am also in quite a bit of pain abdomen back etc and wonder the best type of medication to take that will actually help.
