Hi everyone, I'm really looking for some advice, or if anyone has had same symptoms and have had a diagnosis. My mind is set on worse case scenario but I'm holding onto some hope 

I have a small cluster of like hard little lumps on the opening of my vulvar, I have alot of discharge daily and it smells really bad. It smells like something is rotten. I have been getting up in the night to pee more and when I get the urge to pee it's literally there no doubt about it. It can sometimes be very itchy down there sometimes I have itched and caused myself to bleed. My periods for a couple of days have been heavier than usual. I have a smear booked next week. Im so so scared. 

I'm 39 with 2 beautiful boys. And I'm scared for them that this could be something serious 

Any advice would be so thankful
