What is this tiny white lump

I have recently come back from holiday and have had a strange prickly itchy sensation on my shoulder that won't go away.

In the last few days I've noticed a small lump in the area and I'm growing concerned about it.

I'm sorry to hear that you've had some concerns about a lump that you've noticed since returning home from your holiday.

It's impossible for us to say what this is. We would recommend anyone who has health concerns seek advice from their GP so do make an appointment when you're able to.

Thankyou so much Jenn.

The itching hasn't improved and I think the lump is slightly bigger so I will make an appointment with my doctor.
