I am sorry to hear about your symptoms and the worry that they are causing you. There are different reasons for breast wounds and it is impossible to predict the cause, without having certain tests. I am so sorry to hear that you lost your mum so recently to breast cancer and can understand why this is probably on your list of possibilities. It could be that  this is just an infection, which could be cured by antibiotics. What was the outcome of your visit to the hospital in July? We are always advised to get any changes in our breasts investigated, as early as possible. The sooner you do this, the sooner you will find out the cause and be able to stop worrying about it.
