I'm sorry to hear that you've recently been unwell and that during the process of some investigations, an area of concern in your lung and lower back has been identified. It's understandable that you may be feeling anxious about this news. 

It's good to hear that the appointments for further investigation have already been arranged and hopefully, within a few weeks, you'll have a diagnosis and clarity about your situation. 

We know that for many people this period of waiting and uncertainty can be difficult. It can sometimes help to talk things through with someone and I wonder if you might find it helpful to talk with one of our nurses.
