No idea what to do anymore

Good Afternoon,

I just wanted to know if someone is in the same situation as me.

Suddenly,  bad left hand side abdominal pains, bloating and big changes in bowel movements started last March 2023. I have always been a very keen runner and suddenly, my body was struggling to even do this. Breathlesness and fatigue also started hard. I left it a few months thinking that it would sort itself out but it did get worse so I went to my GP. As nowadays, you can't see your own GP, I had a locum GP who agreed to do some blood tests. All tests were ok apart from very high Iron levels and low red blood cells, which they never took attention  to. No blood from faecal tests apparently but, as you do check online when noboduy does anything,  you do not need to have blood loss to be somethng serious. Then I went to see another GP for the results. They admitted they messed up the tests and that we should do some more. Fine by me and that doctor said that if we have not got an answer, we need to get a colonoscopy or else to check inside. Then after so many messages to my surgery to make something happen as they have been fobbing me off for a long time now, my own allocated GP  contacted me. This silly doctor of mine still didn't want to refer me anywhere. He then had the "clever" idea to put me on  that  FODMAP IBS diet. Awfully enough, I didn't go to the doctor straight away as I knew he would say it was only IBS as so many do! He had not even checked what I was eating as I do not eat the rubbish food this is apparently to help with. So instead, I kept my same healthy diet and still exercised when I could still do it, and reduced everything  I ate by 50% with no alcohol at all, which I was not abusing anyway.

This did not make any difference as the pain got worse. I then finally got a virtual appt with him when he blanked  out everything I said saying that there was nothing to do. I then decided to go private and these are no better. She did not even try to give me a second opinion but repeated everything the NHS GP had said. You pay a lot for these private appts but not worth the money. I have now complained to both as pain now increased an also on lower and right hand side middle back. Contacted my GP again, but wanted another Dr, last week and still no further checks. They keep on saying NHS appts take to a year to get... Despair on if something is setiously wrong, whether you go NHS or private, it might be too late as such pain  is not there for nothing, nobody wants to even check what is wrong...Looking at private body scans now but they still then contact your GP afterwards even if no referral needed.

Has anyone encountered this before?
