sorry to hear your situation, it’s totally understandable you’re feeling anxious. My experience was different, I had clear mammograms but some inflammation on ultrasound. A biopsy confirmed cancer for me. As scary as things are for you, the waiting is far worse in my opinion. Once you know either way , you can start to move forward. I really hope you get a clear result but if not you will be in great hands and we’re all here for you if needed. Take care and good luck

I can’t fully remember ( it was February) It was within the two weeks , think around 9 days . Try keep your mind busy, if I’ve learnt anything  it’s that’s worrying doesn’t change anything, although it’s so hard not too! 

Im doing okay thanks . So far two surgeries and full lymph node clearance under my belt. I’m half way through chemotherapy then onto radiotherapy and 10 years of tablets ( l’m ER positive).  Fingers crossed you’ll get some answers soon. In my experience as soon as they know, you’ll know. I always got a phone call for next day appointments before I was fully diagnosed.  

That's good to hear. Family member was diagnosed last year .signed off all a couple weeks ago. Surgery went well all clear and now on 5 year preventative meds .she looks amazing . Take care

So I've had an appointment for out patients breast care headed breast surgery for 9th September. Can't get hold of care nurse not had biopsy results .will this be for results only or does it mean I'm to have surgery .so anxious 

Oh that is so horrible and confusing for you! In my experience I had an appointment after the biopsy which they told me it was cancer and then went through what would happen next. My surgery was 5 weeks after I was told. Remember they need your consent for surgery so nothing can happen without you saying so. Keep ringing until you get an answer. I can imagine how awful it was for you to receive it. But on the other hand if you do need surgery then the quicker the better. Thinking of you
