Had a lump in right armpit for a month. Finally got an appointment yesterday. Nurse and doctor were not sure what it is.

It's hard and dark red and painful to press. I have been referred for an ultrasound appointment which should be in next couple of weeks. I am driving myself crazy reading multiple forums and advice and thinking the worst.

I just wish I could find out now what it is, I'm so scared.

I am struggling at work and can't sleep.
