I'm sorry to hear that you've had some changes to a lump/spot on your neck this week. It's understandable that you may be feeling worried about this given that you've previously had treatment for mouth and neck cancer. 

Please do make an appointment to see someone at your GP surgery about this. They will be best placed to arrange any further investigationsif necessary. In the meantime you could also see you local pharmacist who may be able to offer some advice to help manage this problem until you can see your GP. 

I hope that you can get some answers and reassurance soon.
