Hello, I’m not sure whether I need to get it checked or not. But a few weeks ago I discovered a hard pea sized lump on the left side of my neck. It doesn’t move when pressed and it doesn’t hurt. I have been very tired and find myself having to have a sleep in the afternoons on days off from work. I keep getting very hot at night aswell and this was before the heatwave hit. I’m not sure whether I need to go to my gp or not.
