Cervical cancer worry

Hi , I've read a few posts of ladies having the sane as me , I've been having a bit of spotting in between periods , and they were also 3/4 days longer with few clots , but they did stop , I also had few sweats at night so I went doctors , and said am I perimenopausal , bloods came back ok,  low in b12 and vit d , but they did a blood test for cancer , which now is apparently normal on routine,  usual is between 0 - 35 , mines was 10 , so apparently fine , but the result showed abnormal and they attached a cholesterol advice , with it on that test for me to read , bit confusing,  anyway I got a scan , came back normal , but couldn't find my right ovary ,  been back last week as I too have had , a bit of red blood on poo , upon wiping bright red blood from front , about 50p size , other doctor did speculum , and said could see a lump on my cervix , but the scan never showed anything and they also never told me my womb lining was 10mm thick , my mum did have endometriosis,  but they never said I have , I'm worrying sick , I'm hoping the lump is small and that's why it wasn't seen , I have anxiety and it's sky high ,I've imagined all worst case scenario going  xxx.
