Ct scan found 11mm nodule on left breast

Hi I had a ct scan as I have been having issues with my stomach I had it on Friday and on Monday my consultant rang me at home to say they have found a 11mm cyst on my liver and a 11mm nodule on my left breast and  had referred me to the breast clinic . 
I don’t have any symptoms and I can’t feel anything . How can he tell the difference between the two cyst and nodule should I be worried he sounded strange on the phone stuttering telling me . 
I am really worried had anyone had this accidentally finding breast cancer ?
