Yes I think that’s what I am concerned about she’s so young as well.  She seems more positive about it than me.  She has been amazing through all this xx

Hi there , so i came in for surgery tue morn, took over an hr to get the spinal injection in my back which was horrid ! Saw stoma nurse got marked up for where the bag would be best for me and went to theatre about 11 came out at 6 , nurse was looking me over and I said to her I'm dreading feeling where stoma is ! She looked at me a bit weird and said you don't have one ! I was over the moon , he basically managed it without ! So hospital for 7 to 10 days on day 6 it's been up and down to say the least ! But had catheter and rectal drain removed so that's better but can't eat until iv seen doc in morn , a week with no food is no fun ! Sorry took so long to get bk to you I've been trying to sleep the days away , how's your daughter getting on ? How are you? Xx

Great to hear the surgery went well. What a nice surprise to wake up afterwards and find that you didn't have a stoma. An amazing feeling! 

A week of no food sounds hard going but they know what they are doing and hopefully you will be home and being able to eat soon.

So good to hear from you.  I am so pleased for you no stoma bag that’s amazing.  Surgery was a long time? My daughter had her last chemo Friday and rang the bell.  Now to prepare for the next stage which I tho k us going to be tough especially with her having a little one.  Take care snd test lots of love x

Yeah it was a 6 hr surgery , feel alot better later on today with catheter out and rectal drain , just sore it was keyhole but have 7 marks on my belly , home and chill for a while xxx
