Yeah to see if shrunk , my tumour is 30 mm ..I had to look back on paperwork I'd forgot the size ! What size is your daughters? Xx

Yes she is not in any pain now from the tumour no bleeding so a positive the chemo is working x

Good morning I'm so glad to hear the rest is helping and you all had a nice time for your grand daughters birthday , nice to take your minds off things for a while , and yes fingers crossed she copes better next time , think again its just a case of no choice get on with it ! Thank you for sharing your experience Beau and Nanny. I had a Sigmoidoscopy last week expecting it to be piles but they found a 3cm rectal mass which they are pretty sure is an adenocarcenoma. I’ve had CT and MRI scans and today is the MDT meeting so awaiting an appointment. I’m petrified. I have had no symptoms other than a very small amount of occasional bleeding. No weight loss, pain, change in bowel symptoms etc. although today I went for a walk and had to rush home to go to the bathroom and didn’t think I was going to make it. This is making me think it’s spread. I didn’t go to the gp for a few months as the symptoms were so minimal. You are both dealing with it so well x
