I'm sorry to hear that you're undergoing some investigations at the moment. It's natural that you have some questions and concerns.
It's difficult to say what will happen at your ENT appointment. It may be that the Consultant wants to request some further tests following your appointment but I'm sure they will give you more information when you see them. Do you have an appointment date? Hopefully you don't have to wait too long.
