Please help - I found out I have 29mm thickness in my womb and fibroids

Hello I have not long found out I have a thickness in my womb is 29mm and also fibroids, I have my 1st appointment on the 13th, I don't know anyone who has gone though this I have no idea what 2 expect or what they will do im scared and worried about this my symptoms is back pain, hip pain, very heavy bleeding and clotting and I'm never off can anyone lighten me on what they have had done thank you

    I'm sorry to hear that you've recently been told you have a thickening of the womb and some fibroids. It's understandable that you're feeling anxious and worried about the next steps. 

    We know that for many people this period of waiting and uncertainty can be difficult. Sometimes it can help to talk with someone about how you're feeling and I wonder if you might find it useful to chat with one of our nurses ahead of your appointment.     Hi I had this and they were concerned it was uterine cancer. It was just a fibroid which I had removed under general as it was so big. I bled for months and months had anemia etc so glad it’s out.
