Enlarged Spleen

Hello,

I have a CT scan booked this week since I have a mildly enlarged spleen (13.3 cm). Has anyone experienced mild enlargement?

I also have palpable lymph nodes in the groin but under 1 cm in short axis and chronically low lymphocytes.

Struggling to get real, consistent advice from the doctor but glad the CT scan is in the diary! Any thoughts on what could be causing this? Is it always malignant?!

    It's difficult to advise on this - only your doctor can do so and after any tests that may be needed. It's good to hear you don't have long to wait now until the appointment - I hope that following this you can get the information you need soon.

    If any others here have similar experience to share then hopefully you'll get some more replies.
