Hi nov 22 I had my mole checked they seem happy with but said to check every 3month and ask for urgent referrals . Before nov I had lost several family member death  so head wasn’t best place and I also had to deal with father in laws probate along with selling his house it was very stressful I forget to check for over a year !!! So we checked this week and my mole has grown a mm. I’m so flipping anxious to point of constant nausea about getting in to drs and getting it checked. Now I’m worried that it is serious and spread if it is serious. I’m in the summer holidays with a 9 year old and a 2 year old with a holiday in a fortnight so if they do do an urgent referral I don’t know how easy it will be to get an appointment. I wish my health anxiety wasn’t so bad . Any advice I or calming thoughts will be greatly recieved . My worry is because I’ve not checked it for ages that the damage has been done and it could be the worse it could possibly be.
