Boggling symptoms

Hi hoping someone is feeling what I am so five years ago my neck swelled left side globus too felt tight anyway went away fast forward to now and two months ago my neck felt swollen left side again so went to the doctor they checked it nothing swollen no nodes up thyroid ok full blood mot which showed I have low vitamin d and folic so on tablets for both. But I’m still worrying the only way to describe it is it feels like something is there but not full feeling it’s absolutely doing my head in makes my shoulder ache too it’s there then not then up for days then not some days but gradually appears later in the day I’m so frustrated can anyone help ? I’m 42 has anyone had this I’m going out my mind

    Poor you I can imagine these symptoms have been driving you mad. You did the right thing in going to the doctor's to get it checked and it sounds like they were not overly worried  and I hope that the tablets for low Vitamin D and folic will help. It sounds like these symptoms are really bothering you though so I would perhaps go back to the doctor's and mention that you are still anxious about it. Or you could try and seek another opinion on this and our website has information on getting a second opinion. 

    Hopefully you will also hear from others on the forum who have had something similar and I hope that it all turns out to be nothing of concern and that you get the reassurance you need soon.

    Hi thank you I did go back today and they gave me propanol but doesn’t seem to be making a difference though I have only took one. She said if it doesn’t go away they will send me for a neck scan but I’m going out my mind and it’s driving me mad. She thinks it might be spinal but the back of my neck doesn’t hurt anymore which makes me think it’s the vitamin d issue it was below 8 which is extremely extremely low but I’m coming to the end kf my 6 week 50.000mg of vitamin d and still hasn’t gone away :(
