No one can give you an answer, and no one on the internet should give you an answer. Go to your GP, because that's the only person who can decide whether or not something warrants further investigations.

My wife had two large lumps, and i never felt them. Your husband not being able to find a lump means nothing. Your breast extends under your arm and isn't just the part we guys feel from time to time. There's lots of videos on youtube etc that show you how to properly check your breasts.
