Hello all. I have had a few tests done because I have a large painful mass in my buttock cheek. My Mast Cells came back at 29 (I was told 10 should be the maximum). I had two FIT blood in poo tests. One returned <200 and one returned 59. I have severe facial flushing, sweating and am struggling to poo. I have been referred for an urgent Colonoscopy and Gastroscopy.  Does this all sound like Bowel or Colon Cancer or is there a chance it could be something less serious? What are the chances it is cancer? To make it all more confusing,  a consultant said my Mast Cell result is 'probably' Mastocytosis and they have ordered a bone marrow to confirm. I'm scared.
