Hi, I was just wondering if anyone could shed some light on pancreatic cancer symptoms?

I have a weird feeling in my upper left abdomen (directly under left rib cage). I can’t call it a pain as such, but just feels odd, like something is there but can’t feel anything when I press it.

sorry for the TMI but recently, my poop looks yellow when I wipe and I have frequent mushy stools every morning, have felt nauseous too, 

im panicking a lot, so if anyone could share any advice I would be so grateful.
