I'm sorry to hear that you're still waiting for your biopsy results. It's understandable that this may be an anxious time for you.
As many hospitals convey results to patients in different ways it's impossible to say with absolute certainty that receiving results by letter means that the results are normal. However what I would say is from the many posts I've read here on the forum, it would be most unusual to be given a cancer diagnosis through the post.
I'm sorry I can't be more reassuring but hopefully you won't have to wait too much longer for news and the results will bring some relief.
