I've been tested for months because of higher than average platelet levels. They aren't hugely high but my symptoms are severe. 
im just reaching out to see others experiences with this type of cancer and how long it took for you. I'm exhausted and feeling low as the process is taking so long. I have only just been referred to haematology.

    Hi Karen, I too have high platelets and have done for some months. I was referred to haematology in January and am hoping to get my bone marrow biopsy results tomorrow. Although I have been told it may take longer. I suffer from fatigue, headaches and aches and pains so would really like some answers. 
    I do hope you don’t have to wait too long for some answers xxx

    This sounds just like me! I'm so sick and tired of always being sick and tired! Aches and pains, never feeling well rested and energised. I hope the waiting list for haematology isn't too long!

    I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia but this feels very different. I had my bone marrow biopsy 4 weeks ago and really hoping I do get answers tomorrow. I’ll keep everything crossed for you and I’ll let you know how I get on!
