I just don’t understand

I was diagnosed with a brain tumour last year very large had to be removed, they said it could be a secondary I went for skin cancer check 9 years ago where there was a bit of worry but they left it. I’m worried because my moles have changed. I’m worried it’s undiagnosed. Got a call from the gp today as I went and had one photographed, they said to use Vaseline and a plaster for two weeks and they want to scan again. I have a really gut feeling that it’s been undiagnosed. The gp I’m with isn’t fab, and my neurologist I see once every 6 months. I’m just so lost and have no clue it’s all gone a bit upside down.

I'm sorry to hear about what you’re going through. It sounds like you’re dealing with a lot right now, and it’s completely understandable to feel lost and overwhelmed.

It’s good that you’re staying vigilant about changes in your moles and that you've already taken steps to get them checked out. Trusting your instincts is important, so continue to advocate for yourself and seek the care and attention you need.

While it might feel frustrating dealing with your current GP, you might want to consider seeking a second opinion if that would give you more peace of mind, sometimes another perspective can make a big difference.

Remember, it's okay to feel the way you’re feeling, and it's important to take things one step at a time. You’re not alone in this, and there are people here who understand.

Take care and keep us updated on how you're doing.

    Best wishe
