Hi

I am on the 2 week pathway after 2 masses were found on my ovaries with suspicious features u score of 3 via ultrasound. I was already under gynaecology and had a mri previously in nov that showed a 2cm possible endo nodule so these masses have grown to 11.5cm and 8.cm in 6months.

I was intially told not to worry about the pathway it was just to rule it out as i have pcos and probably endometriosis. I have now had a blood test for ovarian cancer pancreatic cancer and an mri. The consultant phoned me after the mri to say that they also want me to have a ct scan on my pelvis and chest, i havent had any scans on my chest so far just abdomen, to ensure they have everything available to decided on treatment options. The consultant would not say what they think it is on the phone when asked, then when I asked about my blood results he said that it did show markers but you can get false positives. He apologised for not being able to give me any information like i had expected from that phonecall but i dont understand why the consultant didnt say what they think they are looking at? And also what is the purpose of a chest/pelvis ct after I've had an mri and ultrasounds on the masses already?

Currently yoyoing and really just trying manifest positive vibes from somewhere.
