Good evening
I had an ultrasound of my neck on Saturday. Reasons for USS - swelling of left superclavicular area. The sonographer spent more time scanning my throat than my collarbone so I was relieved. Had a phone call at 9am today saying I've been referred to ENT urgently. Can anyone please help me understand the terms on the copy of the report? I understand if not... I just get mixed/unrelated results on Google and I can't make sense of it and decide whether or not I should be worried.

Thank you for any advice
