Unfortunately I do not have the medical expertise myself to tell you what this might mean and I hope that you will be contacted soon by your doctor who will be in the best position to explain everything thoroughly to you. Perhaps you could try and get hold of your doctor on Monday? Mention that you saw this on your NHS app and that you don't really understand what it means. 

I hope that you will hear from others here who may be able to shed light on this based on their own personal stories and experiences but getting in touch with your doctor will provide you with the clearest and most accurate answers. I am keeping everything crossed for you for good results!
