Several swollen lymph nodes

Hey 

Over the past 12 weeks I have noticed several swollen lymph nodes. 

One on my jaw (started 12 weeks ago), behind my ear (11 weeks ago), 3 in groin (5-6 weeks ago) and today I’ve just found one on my neck! There all pretty small, pea sized. They all move (except the one behind my ear and the one in my neck feels more like a raised bump, and quite flat), none of them are tender.

I had an ultrasound on my neck about 4 weeks ago - they said all was ok, a few subcentimetre lymph nodes were found but they were normal)

doctor has referred me now for a groin ultrasound and haematology appointment. 

I also started with random blood spots (possibly petechia) about 10 weeks ago, they all seemed to appear at once but no more since however they are all still there.

I have no other symptoms and feel perfectly fine in myself. 
bloods were ok. 

I’m convinced I have lymphoma, leukaemia or melenoma (had a mole removed on my back 2 weeks ago - luckily doctor thinks it’s ok) 

Feel like with all the lymph nodes it couldn’t possibly be anything not sinister :(

    I am sorry that you are feeling so worried about these swollen lymph nodes. It must be a rather anxious time for you as you are waiting for your groin ultrasound and haematology appointment. We have useful tips to help you cope while waiting for important news.  It's good that you have no other symptoms and feel well in yourself. Try not to worry too much if you can as lymph nodes will swell for so many possible reasons most of which will not be sinister. 

    I hope that you will hear from others here who have been affected by swollen lymph nodes in a similar way. 

    We're keeping everything crossed for you that it all turns out to be nothing of concern and that you get some clarity soon.
