Itchy Left Breast

About a year & a half ago I woke to my left breast swollen, covered in a rash which went half way down my belly. I went to the nurse (no doctor appointments available that day) who gave me antibiotics, I took these which didn't help so had to go back for more. 

After the swelling & rash went away I was left with a constant full body itch, constantly tired & night sweats. I'm on constant antihistamines, creams & steroids (steroids I don't use all the time). I also had to go for uv treatment, which did help most of my body. 

But my left breast (where it all started from) has never stopped itching. It's constant, today I've also noticed a tenderness just up from where I'm always itchy & a heaviness.

I don't want to bother the doctor if it's nothing. 

Has anyone had these symptoms before?

    Hello Bella41.  I think that you should go to your Doctor.  I understand that you don't want to bother him if it's nothing, but with cancer, time is of the essence.  The earlier it is caught, the more chance you have of beating it.  That is a fact.  Good luck, x

    I really don't know if related or not, last year I had several nights being woken with a severe itch, inside right breast, this developed a rash but I felt that because I scratching so much, unlike yours didn't stay etc, but this year due to routine mammogram I have been diagnosed with BC, right breast. I guess now I would say don't ignore; and be more insistant with go that you wouldike to be referred as a precaution.
