Hello, I would like to clarify something.

I have had a lump in my right breast for over 14 years. Sometimes, I feel pain in the breast, which makes it uncomfortable to wear bras. Mostly during the year though, I don't feel pain. The lump has been the same size since the onset. 

I don't know whether this is malignant or not. I fear going to the doctor might expose my worst fears.

Please advise me on what to do.
