Please help, anyone with similar circumstances

I went for a hysteroscopy recently, where they did a biopsy. They contacted me by phone and asked me to go back this was 10 days or later to discuss the results. Obviously I was extremely nervous prior to going. They said I had endom hypoplasmia, said the cells were atypical and very abnormal. They said they would need to do a MRI the pelvis with dye, also MRI of the abdomen and chest. And also at this meeting they said I also need an urgent hysterectomy. They explained  that if the cells had spread further then I would need treatment prior to having the hysterectomy. They rung me this morning and booked me the scans in for 2 days time, they have acted very quickly. I am so worried that I have cancer and it as spread further because I also go for a wee much more often, and I am experiencing some bowel incontinence, an hour or so after I have wiped. I have also had right flank pain for the past few months, and worried this is also connected. They assigned me with a cancer nurse when we discussed the results. Is this quite normal if they have not actually found cancer yet or is it preparing me for the worse. They did say that had not found cancer with the biopsy but said they may find it during the hysterectomy or on the MRI scans. Please help I am worried sick !!
