Endometrial biopsy

Hi I had a hysteroscopy  and endometrial biopsy  3 weeks ago. Yesterday  I was contacted  by my gp who said they have  received  results  from the hospital  and  they  would like to discuss this with me at an appointment.  The problem my appointment  is not for 11 days and I am going out of my mind with worry and anxiety.  I live in manchester  England and  we have  an app called my mft where our results  are uploaded, they have  uploaded  mine but have  blocked me from seeing  them, they said this was so not to cause me any distress and  told me they can not discuss anything  until I have  my follow  up appointment. If it was anything  bad would  I be seen straight away?

    Hi Dommars40, 

    How frustrating it must be for you to see on this app that your results have been uploaded but you cannot access them! I can understand though why they would not want anyone seeing the results but being unable to interpret them for example and this can cause unnecessary distress so it's always best to discuss these results during your follow up appointment when a medical expert can explain everything thoroughly to you and when it will be a good opportunity to ask questions. 

    It's hard to say really whether you would be seen straight away if it was anything concerning - unfortunately it's impossible to draw any conclusions based on how early or late you might be seen but I am keeping everything crossed for you that the endometrial biopsy won't flag anything concerning and that you get some clarity very soon. Only a few days to go now before the follow up appointment - I bet you are counting the days at the moment and that each day feels rather long.     Hi Lucy I am the same I have waited 4 weeks and 2 days and still nothing and cannot find out about 52mm endometrial lining just cannot find y anything which is very worry and stressful
