Hi can anyone put my mind at rest please. 

I had ultrasound 8weeks ago and still awaiting results. 
this was requested by a doctor due to huge loss of blood and clots (my toilet looked like a tray of liver had been emptied down there) plus excruciating pain when going to toilet, walking and standing. 

during my scan I was told she could clearly see something, maybe a cyst therefore I should receive my results approx. one week and a referral to gynae.. still waiting 8weeks on to be told ‘backlog’ isn’t doing my anxiety any good.

im 48 one year into peri menopause and on hrt.
