I'm having my 1st colonoscopy since my hemicolectomy surgery 4 years ago.   Covid and cancellations have caused delay.  I've had my boods done regularly and my CTs both of which are good.  I'm absolutely terrified of everything associated with the scope that is the prep and results.  

Can anyone give me any tips to get through it please ?
