Confusing information

Hi everyone

I had an ultrasound and mammogram done a few days ago.

I am 51years old.

They said I had very dense breasts and said the lump it most likely a fibrodenoma. The Dr said they will call me in two weeks to book a biopsy. I've just received an appointment for in four weeks but it says it's a telephone consultation?

I'm confused what's going on,does anyone else have these circumstances??

    In the past I’ve received a letter about a telephone appointment which turned out to be to discuss the results of a CT scan which was due the week before but hadn’t yet been booked! 

    I only found out by ringing the number on the appointment letter. 

    It certainly is confusing.

    The letter said outpatient telephone consultation with a nurse,which is why I feel confused as I've not had a biopsy yet lol.

    I will call the hospital on Monday to see if they can figure it out?

    Also wondering if it's common for a 51 year old to get a fibrodenomas as I thought it tended to be for a younger generation.
